Special Surfaces
For special requirements and projects, we develop your individual organoid product together with you. Various parameters can be defined: Colour, fibres, material thickness and carrier material. Raw materials provided by our customers, such as waste products from production, can also be processed into unique organoid surfaces. On request, we can also offer variations of our surfaces from the collection specifically for your project – just contact us.

ORGANOID® CUSTOMIZED
Individualised product development
We create natural surfaces according to your requirements. Our road to your Organoid® customzied surface:
- Design & material check: What should your individual natural surface look like? What demands do you have in terms of appearance, scent and feel? In which area of application will the material be used?
- Material Sourcing: The availability and processing of the raw materials has to be checked. You would like to provide material yourself, e.g. waste materials from your production? We use material samples to check the quality in order to produce a test sheet for you.
- Samples: You will receive the samples of the test sheet directly by post. Samples of your individual natural surface remain with Organoid as a reference.
- Product: We reproduce your desired reference as a sheet or rolled product (depending on the order quantity and material). Enjoy your unique natural surface.
Individual customized products
Organoid® Test set-up
To find out if a special raw material is suitable for coatings, one deck of backing material (4.012 m²) is devided into 8 fields (approx. 750 x 400 mm) and coated with different raw materials and/or coating thicknesses. The test fields serve as basis for further specifications of the natural surface. Depending on the application, you can choose from different carrier materials. We will be happy to put together a suitable offer for you.
